Drop-in Fitness Classes

Drop-in group fitness classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. Now offering a variety of activities including water aerobics, zumba, bootcamp, TRX, and riverwalk.Class times are subject to change.

Entry to all drop-in group fitness classes requires a class token. Class tokens can be picked up starting 2-hours before class time at the front desk. Most drop-in group fitness classes are available to members at no charge, and to day pass guests and non-members for a nominal fee.

Drop-in Gym

Our gymnasium has plenty of spacious court space for you to enjoy basketball, volleyball, badminton, and other activities.

Drop-in sports court activities are designed for members who would like to shoot around or play a few friendly games. Players under the age of 13 will need a parent or guardian present in the gym at all times.

If there are “pickup” games on-going, and multiple players or teams are waiting, a waiting list will be created by the gym attendant to sign up your team for the next game. This will allow an organized way for teams to compete, without any official refs on-site. Players will have to call their own fouls and ref their own games. The next team on the list will be at the court keeping score. To allow everyone the opportunity to compete, the winning team will stay on the court, for a maximum of 2 consecutive games. On their second win, the losing team will stay on and the winning team will be placed back on the waiting list.

So come join other adults who wish to play sports in an atmosphere that is compliant with The Salvation Army policies and procedures of the Kroc Center Hawaii. The Kroc Center Hawaii Gymnasium has a Zero-Tolerance policy. No cussing, bullying, or fighting. Players who do so will be dismissed immediately from the gym and membership can and will be revoked, if deemed necessary.
