The Lums have been Officers in The Salvation Army for 30 years (Phil) and 18 years (Debbie), and have had assignments throughout the western United States, including Santa Rosa,CA, Portland, OR, and Denver, CO. They have been with Kroc Center Hawaii since before its opening in 2012. Phil and Debbie have a son and a daughter.
